You Can Beat This

1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
Temptation is also an enticement to sin.
Series 6 in 2010 had 100 questions to answer in 135 minutes. You had to get 70 correct.
Series 63 in 2010 had 60 questions to answer in 75 minutes. You had to get 43 correct.
Series 7 in 2010 had 250 questions to answer in 6 hours. You had to get 180 correct.
A test is an assessment or evaluation that shows you and the teacher what you really know.
A test is not designed to embarrass you or expose you.
A test is meant to reveal where you’re strong and where you can grow.
A test isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress.
A test is designed to discover what’s inside you, strengthen what’s weak, and prepare you for the next level God is taking you to.
Some tests are unavoidable
Overtaken - to come suddenly upon or unexpectedly upon
Common to man - You are not going through a situation that someone else is not currently going through
It's good to know that you ain’t the only one
God is faithful, loyal, steadfast, constant, committed, dedicated, reliable, dependable to you.
God can be trusted to not allow you to go through anything you can’t get through.
He will refuse to permit or consent to some tests; He forbids it.
Before I let you go through anything, I always survey your ability
I will never let you face anything that you are not able to handle
He will not allow anything you face to exceed your capacity to overcome.
God says, “I know you can handle it.”
This test is not here to break you.
This moment is not here to embarrass you.
Call to action:
Stop asking, “Why am I going through this?”
And start declaring, “God trusted me with this.”
Two things to do:
Refuse the lie that you’re alone.
Reject the thought that you can’t handle it.
If you’re in a test, stand on your feet. Not because it’s easy but because you’re ready. Ready to grow. Ready for the next level God is taking you to.
