  • The last days will be perilous, harsh, savage, difficult, dangerous, painful, grievous, hard to deal with,

But you need to be aware that in the final days, the culture of society will become extremely fierce.

Matthew 24:3-14

  • The disciples ask Jesus privately about the sign of his coming and the end of the age

  • Dispensation - last days, end of an era, end of a period of time

7 Dispensations:

  1. Innocence (Adam, Eve, Garden)

  2. Conscience (Garden to Flood)

  3. Human Government (Post-Flood to Abraham)

  4. Promise (Abraham to Moses)

  5. Law (Moses to Cross)

  6. Grace (Pentecost to today, rapture, ending in judgement)

  7. Millennial Reign (1,000-year reign)

  • Endures to the end - active, energetic resistance to defeat

John 16:33

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world, you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

  • In the world, there will be pressure and affliction

  • You are in Christ

  • Rejoice, Celebrate, Be confident

  • You are an overcomer. 

  • You are victorious

  • An overcomer doesn’t let external circumstances dictate their internal condition.

Romans 8:35-37

  • More than conquerors means you don’t just barely win, you win decisively. Over, above, and beyond. Superior. 

  • How do you see yourself? As a champion or as a loser? 

  • See yourself as a champion who wins every fight

  • You are a phenomenal, walloping, conquering force. 

  • You break barriers and take territory

  • You are more than a match for any adversary that dares to come against you. 

Numbers 13:27-33

  • You are well able!

  • How you see yourself is extremely important

  • They saw themselves as grasshoppers. 

  • See yourself as well able and more than a conqueror
